Generate a Statement of Account previously sent

QUESTION: Is there away to pull up a reminder statement that was sent out on a specific month? For instance I want to pull up what the reminder statement was when sent out a few months ago?

RESPONSE: It is not possible to generate a statement of account from the past. The Statement of account module does not have a historical component. The only information from the past we show is at what date the statement of account has been flagged as “sent by post or by email` by the user from the SOA list. Each time a Statement of Account is set as being “Sent”, a collection note is created. To see them, enable the checkmark “Include sent reminders” in the statement of account filters or filter for them in the Collection Notes task list. Note that if you generate the statement of account from those notes, the statement of accounts generated will always be as of today.

We suggest instead to print the Aged Account receivable report with the proper “To” date. This report displays the historical AR position at a “To” date.
