QUESTION: We changed our banking information and are trying to update the invoice and SOA templates. We have updated the invoices and email templates but cannot locate the path where we upload the new template for SOA.
RESPONSE: Statement of Accounts are not generated through template uploads, but are produced through the application and configured through the application itself.
This is located from the following menu selection:
Environment - Collection Requirements - Statement of Account - Paragraphs
With respect to Payment Information, you would change this within each Statement of Account Paragraph Properties section, as follows:
