SOA not including most recent Invoice - Inclusion dependent the value set in Exclude Invoices Younger field in Firm Defaults

QUESTION: We have a client with two outstanding invoices, one in February and one in March, however, the SOA only shows the February invoice as outstanding.

RESPONSE: The number of invoices and corresponding date range included in the SOA depends on the value set in the “Exclude Invoices Younger than” field found in the “Collections/Billing – Other Defaults” sub-tab of the firm-defaults form.

To access firm defaults, select “Firms” from the “View” menu option. Highlight the firm and right click to access properties. Navigate to the “Options” tab and press on the firm defaults button.
