Entries - WIP Entries not appearing in WIP Dashboard

QUESTION - We tried getting the unbilled WIP list from Inquiry and nothing was showing up. When we added the member code,  we were able to see the list, but we were trying to see all the unbilled transactions up to end of 2020. Is there anything we are missing?

RESPONSE: Your filter selection was for all Time Entries, all Members and unbilled where Entry Date is prior to 2020. The WIP Dashboard will not return results listing all entries matching your filter, as the resulting dataset is too big; it will return too many rows and will take too much time. The result of an open request such as yours is that it will return only a display of total Values.

If you want to get Unbilled Time for all Matters and all Members, you should run the Aged WIP Report by working or responsible member. You can also use the Detailed Entry Report.
