Modifications to member properties to allow users to write off unbilled entries without a limit on how much

QUESTION: This error message appears when I try to write off/ remove entries from WIP, leaving the items there as submitted for write off.

RESPONSE: The issue is that the person receiving this message has a limit in member properties. The person responsible for managing member properties needs to change the limits of this person from 0 to whatever value they want -1 means no limit.

The tab that has this information in the version you are on has limits for write-offs as well as other items. The documentation we have has the tabs labels changed so it is easier if you navigate across the tabs to review the content in case you want to make other modifications.
