Following is a Disbursement Upload Checklist for various issues
Program(s) involved: Acumin.exe and Copytrac.exe.
Checklist

Check Anti Virus Program and ensure that Copytrac.exe is part of the exclusion/exception.

Verify as to any changes on the Network Environment (new Server, etc.).

Does the file Copytrac.exe exist?

Does the output file exist?

Check the configuration within the Environment System Tab “Uploads”.

Make sure Paths for both the program and the file output are correct. Try remapping them.

Check Network Permissions for Acumin Users for the directory where the output file is specified. It needs to be either Full Control or at least have permissions to read, delete and modify.

Check functionality by using Windows Run Dialog Box. Use Windows Search for application “Run”. Then, type the following command:

Network Drive where program is] \ Copytrac.exe [Network Drive where program is] \ [File Name]

Ex. O:\Executanles\copytrac.exe O:\copytrac\CM.txt

The above should be executed while logged in as a typical Acumin User on the Network.
Note:
Most of the time, the problem is related to user permissions on the network.
