“IssueID D4EE0000: Connection failure” and Automatic Acumin Log-off setting within Acumin System Settings

QUESTION: I usually have Acumin open every day, but I get this pop up if I have not been in it for a while and try to do something:

I entered time earlier today, and then was just trying to add a disbursement and the following error message popped up: “IssueID D4EE0000: Connection failure”.

RESPONSE: There is a setting within the Acumin System that will automatically log out a user after a defined period of inactivity. This setting defaults to 4.00 hours but can be modified by your administrator. Note that the setting applies to all users; it is not customizable per user.
