How to identify if a connection takes an Acumin license or not

QUESTION: This is in reference to the duplicate entries displayed in the Show Connections form. We have noticed lately that some logins (Station IDs with no member attached to the duplicate entry) are created as the day goes along and clear overnight. Do these connections occupy a license?

RESPONSE: These logins or connections correspond to reports generated and still open within the user’s browsers. Acumin reports use Crystal Reports which connect to your SQL Server. These connections don’t take any licenses.
