Copying or transferring matter alias (nicknames shortcuts) from one member to another

QUESTION: Is there a method of transferring matter “aliases” or shortcuts from one user’s ID to another?

RESPONSE: To copy all the Aliases used by one lawyer for use to another lawyer we would need to write an update program with the specifics – source and destination member. This is likely a 2.5 to 3.0 hour project.  

If this is something you envision doing again, we could write the update program as a SQL query which yu can launch from the other menu and where you fill in the source and destination member codes each tie you need to run it.
