QUESTION: How can I set a default office or firm for a member?
RESPONSE: Any member that is allowed to work on matters or create other objects (requestions etc.) in the other firm should be set as active in the other firm. So, they land on the right office on logging they should have their office (firm) as their default firm. If there is cross over for all lawyers and/or assistants in addition to accounting then everyone should be active in both firms, each with their correct default firm.
