QUESTION: We added a new associate to Acumin and are unsure why his name does not appear in the list when creating a client in Acumin. He appears in the properties as an Associate in the Assigned user group and even in the Time-Billing rates under Environment. Could you please tell me how to fix this?
RESPONSE: Reusable teams with the same member in all roles are used to facilitate role assignment. By selecting the reusable team for the member fulfilling most of the roles for the new matter (Or client), the user only must change one or two roles. Any change to a reusable team triggers a non-reusable team assignment for the matter to ensure the new composition does not affect matters that are correctly associated to a reusable team.
In this case, although a new member has been created, the reusable team for the member may not have been created or it was created with a different name. You may want to try searching in different ways else create a new reusable team for the member. To create a new reusable team
When a new member is created, to benefit from this default position, the authorized user can create a reusable team following the same team naming convention.
