QUESTION: How come the AR Inquiry or Dashboard form does not always show totals even though the user has security? Where is the system setting Flag to allow "assistants" to see totals on the AR Inquiry or Dashboard?
RESPONSE: To facilitate use of the AR Inquiry or Dashboard form by assistants when looking at permitted receivable positions, while limiting their visibility of totals per permitted groups, the “Other’ tab in Acumin system Settings offers a checkbox option to “Allow the user recognized as “Assistant” through the works for relationship, to see the totals in AR inquiry based on permitted filtered options controlled by assigned security levels” which is defaulted to an unchecked position. Once checked, the totals will be visible in context of the filter options available to the user subject to the permissions granted in their security group assignment.
