QUESTION: Please advise how I can reprint checks. I have several that are posted but they never printed.
RESPONSE: You can reprint cheques as many time you have to, provided they have not been posted. For security and integrity of data, Acumin will not allow reprinting cheques once they have been posted.
To avoid this from happening, the best practice is to print your cheques and post them only when completed. To reprint a posted cheque, you will need to cancel the cheque in Acumin and redo it. Before doing this, you should also have nulled/destroyed the physical cheque to ensure that it cannot be cashed.
