Unable to use A/R Write Off for Interim Invoice

QUESTION: We attempted to write off an amount but we could not locate it in the AR Write off and it does show on the billing history as an amount owing.  Can you please assist us and let us know how to locate it?

RESPONSE: The invoice in question is an Interim Invoice. Acumin does not allow AR Write-Off for an Interim Invoice. To remove the balance unpaid on an Interim Invoice, you must apply a Credit Note instead.
