Matters with AR Balance not showing on AR Inquiry

QUESTION: Some matters with outstanding balances do not show on the AR inquiry (dashboard)

RESPONSE: Shared invoices with partial outstanding balances for some sharers will show correctly on reports but not on the AR inquiry (dashboard)  results. This issue affects version 14.0 and in version 2.0 release. In the meantime, to list the outstanding balance on the AR inquiry (Dashboard)  users can enter the invoice number in the invoice number field of the AR Dashboard.
