How to get the bank time code to auto-populate when recording time in time entry properties or timesheet

QUESTION: How do we get the bank time code to auto-populate when recording time in time entry properties or timesheet?

RESPONSE: The user preferences properties form Time/Timer Defaults tab contains the default time code to be auto populated when a user records time using the timer and/or time entry properties forms in Acumin desktop. If working on the timesheet, users that skip the activity code field during time entry, can press on the “Insert Code” button at the bottom of the form to auto populate all the time sheet rows with an empty code field with the blank time code set in firm properties – default form. This option launches a warning message to confirm intent.
