QUESTION: Is there a rate change log? Can we find out who created or changed a rate and when?
RESPONSE: Any time a new rate is created or changed the creator/updater and date of creation/modification is captured. This information is visible in the history tab of the rate in question. We include a screenshot with an example of when a standard rate for member (76) Lisa Wilson was created and subsequently changed.
