Adding firms in order to generate a consolidated trial balance

QUESTION: I would like to run a consolidated Trial Balance for multiple firms, however the Trial Balance report is generating blank.

RESPONSE: To generate consolidated content, the firms to be consolidated must be added to the consolidation tab.

Ensure that all desired Firms appear within Trial Balance Filter – Consolidation Firm tab by selecting Add to populate the desired consolidation.

Once this list has been confirmed, from the Details tab within the same filter, in the “Matter Firm/Entity” field, removing any reference to a specific firm will result in the field being populated with “Consolidation Firm”.
