QUESTION: Is Acumin able to print the billing history of only one matter a of client has when the client has multiple matters?
RESPONSE: The billing history report is available for one matter. The quickest way to generate the one intended for client consumption is from the client and matter dashboard. After selecting the matter, press on the AR button to launch the AR Dashboard details for the matter selected. Press on the Billing History button – bottom left to generate the billing history report.
You can also select the one specific matter within the details tab of the billing history report launched from the “Reports – Management – Billing Report” submenu, by inserting the matter number in the from t- matter range fields. This version of the billing history is intended for internal use in case there are AR WOs.
