Holiday in the firm calendar is not reflected as a holiday in the Low Time No Time report

QUESTION: The holiday for Victoria Day is not considered on the low time report. We were expecting the holidays to be considered in the low time no time report as well as any posted time to the vacation – time-off client.

RESPONSE: To exclude firm holidays identified in the holiday calendar accessible from the environment menu as a day on which time should be recorded, uncheck the option "Do not consider days exempt identified as exempt from missed time" found within the additional tab of the report filter.
