Date format inconsistent between report and Acumin form

QUESTION: The Date format in Acumin is inconsistent. For example – the Transaction Date in Inquiry – Trust is DD/MM/YY, but the Trust History report is MM/DD/YY. 

RESPONSE: Reports are hardcoded in month/day/year so that there is no confusion between users that might have a different date format preference. 

You have the option to change the date format with Acumin for yourself. Either you or someone with admin rights would have to go to the Admin tab and access your user properties - Currency/Date Settings subtab - Date tab, and change the short date style to MM/DD/YYYY so that the format matches the reports.
