QUESTION: What permission do I need to change so members using personalized reports only see their own results as role-holder or working member?
RESPONSE: To restrict members to their own measures, the personalized report must be created with the member as a reporting attribute - the member checkbox is enabled without any member selected - and:

The member(s) must not have the “Package and Personalized Reports – Creation and Assignment <<880>>” security option enabled in the Security Groups they belong to, or in their Individual User profile Permission Report’s tab.

The member(s) must not have permissions to reports enabled in the Security Groups they belong to, or in their Individual User profile Permission Report’s tab and those in the Special Report Permissions for member activity reports.

The member(s)’ row of the Permission’s tab of the personalized report, must not have any security checkbox option enabled (1 to 4). This setup – no permission - gives to members the native restricted access to the report i.e., simplified date filter along with his or her results.
Make sure the report filter includes the reporting dimension for members i.e., the member checkbox is enabled without any member selected. .
