Member Activity type report generated for older than 7 years has no data (empty)

QUESTION: I am attempting to generate a Productivity Report for years older than 7 years and get no results.  Can you please advise why I am not getting any data?

RESPONSE: We confirm that the member activity should report with up to 7 years of data. The filter selected exceeds the 7-year limit and we can confirm that the measures are only available for 7 years forward. This limit was implemented in context of expected use case. Would you like us to find out what the impact would be to data base size and resources needed to maintain up to 10 years of data?
