Cannot generate productivity and member activity reports from Acumin Training because there is no data

QUESTION: We are unable to run Member Activity and Firm Productivity Reports on the Acumin Training Database; both reports are blank. Can you please assist?

RESPONSE: The measures used by the productivity report and member activity report are automatically calculated and stored by the SQL agent that runs on the Acumin database. To have access to these measures in AcuminTraining, back-up the current version of Acumin and restore it as AcuminTraining. This will provide the measures as of the last time the overnight process was applied to Acumin production.
