Write Offs- Strikethrough, crossed off line appears on entry within list of Write Off Requests

QUESTION: Within the Write Off Requests Tab, after the write-off, there is a strikethrough line through the entry. Is this correct? How do we get it off the list?

RESPONSE: As this is a working list once the W/O is done, the crossed off matter remains on the list to provide visibility of progress during the session. The next time you go back to the list the matters that were crossed off will be cleared from the list.
