Need to add a C/O to the billing contact and potentially change the billing address

QUESTION: “Strategy Council” was opened as a matter name under the client “ABC Holdings Inc.”  All bills for this matter should be addressed to “Strategy Council”, not “ABC Holdings Inc.”  To accomplish this we changed the matter contact properties by inserting the billing name on the c/o line.  This was done yesterday but the billing name doesn’t show up in the contact properties.

RESPONSE: The question is, why is the name being entered as c/o in contact properties retained? The user seems to be entering the name and a string and not searching for the person to be selected as the c/o. This is not a text field but a selection field that triggers the search, find, select or create new process to ensure there are no duplicates. If the address needs to be changed, it is a similar process.
