Unable to delete a member rate for a client

QUESTION: I am in the process of updating rates and somehow the I was able to accidently create a member rate for client 500. I am unable to delete… how can I remove this?

RESPONSE: Complete another rate change with the correct rate using the same effective date and in context of any requirements to update WIP values.
