Dormant Trust Report

Context

The dormant trust report lists the matters without any trust activity as at a selected date.

Access

Process

Preselect Tab

Select the date range for the presentation of detailed trust transactions. The trust subledger has opening balances, therefore most users will not report details beyond a fiscal year.

Details Tab

Select the reporting dimensions as well as apply any client and/or matter status filters.

Additional Tab

Enable the “Dormant” option and enter the “as at” date. In the example below we are looking for matters without any trust activity since January 1st for all bank accounts.
