Acumin system settings to lock or unlock the default position of the Member Summary invoice presentation options in client, matter and invoice properties

QUESTION: How to change the member summary options – they should not be greyed out for assistants.

The member summary options should not be greyed out so we can choose if we don’t want to show time keeper summary on any bill. In some cases, it applies for audit invoices or paragraph invoices but for others, the preference is not to show the time keeper summary.

RESPONSE: The grayed-out options are locked in position (or unlocked in this case) from within the client-Documents – MS Word – Defaults subtab found in the Acumin System Settings form. On the default position is unlocked, users can make changes to the default position from within client, matter or invoice properties (invoice document form).

To reach the “Acumin System Settings” form, select “Environment – System Configuration -System Settings” from the main menu bar. Once on the “Acumin System Settings” form, press Fn-F3 to use the keyword search or navigate form content based on tab label
