How to delete a paper clip note

QUESTION: How do I delete a paperclip note that is no longer useful/valid?  I was able to ‘erase’ the information, but not delete the clip (the delete button was greyed-out).

RESPONSE: To delete a paperclip, click the Delete button located at the bottom left of the paperclip window. This action will remove the paperclip form from the item.

For example, when an invoice has an attached paperclip, accessing the invoice properties will first open the paperclip form. Once the paper clip is deleted, accessing the invoice will take you directly to the Invoice Properties screen instead.
