Re-Allocation of Invoiced Fees when the other member is not on the initial list of allocated-to member

QUESTION: I need help with an invoice. There are time fees allocated to Lisa Wilson, but they should be allocated to Jennifer Walford. I am unable to re-allocate them because Lisa’s the only lawyer with billed time on the invoice. How can I re-allocate her fees to Jennifer?

RESPONSE: Once you press on manual override, lower the value of the timekeeper that lists and tab trough to create a new row. Right click on the cell (modified column) that will show 0.00 to select allocate the difference, then on the cell to the right click on the ellipsis button to select Jennifer Walford. Press OK to accept.
