Invoice - Print to Word Merge Unavailable

QUESTION: When invoices are being created, it is no longer providing an option to print to Word Merge; it is only allowing a PDF.

RESPONSE: Applicable to firms under the Custom Invoice environment, when the option “Generate the invoice package in PDF format” is enabled within Acumin System Settings, the Word merge button is grayed out and unavailable for selection. To enable it, this option needs to be disabled.
