New billing paragraphs or modifications to created paragraphs or invoice title applied in matter or Invoice properties

QUESTION: We are trying to generate a paragraph invoice using the following wording but it appears it wasn’t added to the list of available invoice paragraphs.

“TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RENDERED with respect to preparation of an audit enquiry response as of [DATE], including:

Review of letter and circulation of audit request to lawyers; preparation, execution and sending of audit response letter; and all other ancillary matters related thereto.”

RESPONSE: To create a new paragraph for use in matter properties or directly in invoice properties paragraph tab, from “Show Standard Paragraphs List View” right click to access the contextual menu and select  “New”. Once on the paragraph properties form you will see four fields. Enter the code (i.e., 14), the name, the description (field usually used to describe the use-case) and the content for the new paragraph and press OK to accept. Once created it will be available when you use the insert paragraph option in from the right click contextual menu of client, matter and invoice properties forms. Please not that the application will retain hard returns added to the paragraphs you created.

To modify right click on an existing paragraph and select properties.
