Security Permission - Use of third party invoice access in context of invoice posted status and own work standard functionality

Invoice and Invoice Batch Third Party access <<250>> Allow every function in the To Bill tab when this permission is activated, including generated invoices from R/H click menu.

This permission allow user to view and modify unposted Invoices generated by other Members, allow user to use the option Free Locked Entries and can access anyone’s E-WIP (To bill Tab), manage billing intentions and generate invoices of anyone outside the works with relationship.

Third Party Access to the E-WIP (To Bill Tab) of others outside the works with relationship <<181>>

This permission allow user to access the To Bill tab of a member outside the works with relationship. The user can run reports from the To Bill tab

Third Party Access – Manage billing intentions (actions) for matters outside the works with relationship <<180>>

In addition to the access to the To Bill tab of a member outside the works with relationship, the user can set actions and create billing instructions from the to bill tab.
